Valley Men is a ministry that serves to introduce men to Jesus and show them living examples of what it looks like to be a follower of Jesus. You don’t have to come to Valley Community Church to be part of Valley Men, we are here to serve the community.
Here are some of the ways we help men connect to Jesus:
ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING
Meet weekly with a mentor who cares about teaching you important things about being a follower of Jesus. For more information on mentoring or to request a mentor, contact Ray Burkhalter.
LIFE GROUPS
Small groups that allow men to get to know each other and about the Bible. We meet with the women each Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm for Equip Wednesdays for a time of Biblical instruction in the areas of spiritual, health, relationships, career, and finances. All are invited. There you can learn more about mentoring and other small groups where you can connect. We also have other co-ed Home Groups that start each semester and last about 6 weeks.

DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS
Small groups of men who want to go deeper in their study and have higher accountability. A place to get real about the challenges of life and how to overcome them through the power of an abiding relationship with Jesus. We have new D-groups forming each quarter with some lasting a few weeks and others lasting longer.

MISSIONS
We have various opportunities to help people in the community with the skills and resources we have. It is a blessing to be a blessing to others.
EVENTS
Periodically through the year, we host events for the men of our community. Previously, these have included fellowships, wild game dinners, and conference live-streams. See our calendar or watch the Valley Men Facebook page for up-to-date information about upcoming Men’s Ministry events.
